Keeva’s Approach
I offer a non-traditional, integrative approach to mental health that honors the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. My work combines evidence-based therapy with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), integration therapy, mindfulness meditation, and mindful baking—offering clients a creative, compassionate path toward healing and transformation.
I began practicing mindfulness meditation two years ago, and it quickly became a grounding force in both my personal life and clinical work. Through mindfulness, I support clients in developing self-awareness, calming the nervous system, and deepening their connection to the present moment.
My love of baking goes back even further. I grew up baking with my mother, and those early experiences taught me the simple, nourishing power of being fully present. Today, I still turn to baking as a way to reset and reconnect. I now share that practice with others through mindful baking groups—a playful, sensory-rich way to access mindfulness, creativity, and emotional regulation.
I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for clients navigating depression, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions—including integration therapy for clients looking to make sense of life altering experiences. Whether you're new to KAP or looking for a trusted space for integration and reflection, I offer a grounded, relational approach rooted in trust, safety, and collaboration.
At the heart of my work is a belief that healing doesn’t have to look one specific way. It can be quiet or messy, structured or intuitive, traditional or creative. Wherever you are in your process, I’m here to meet you with care, presence, and respect—for all that you are and all that you’re becoming.
