Integration Therapy

  • Integration therapy is a supportive process that helps you make sense of and embody insights from expanded or altered states of consciousness. This might include psychedelic experiences, spiritual awakenings, intense emotional breakthroughs, or deep personal transformations. Integration helps you turn those moments into lasting healing, clarity, and growth.

  • Experiences like psychedelic journeys, breathwork, or major life shifts can be powerful—but also confusing, emotional, or overwhelming. Integration therapy helps you:

    • Process difficult or unresolved material

    • Understand symbolic or visionary experiences

    • Apply insights meaningfully in your daily life

    • Reconnect with your body and emotions

    • Move forward with greater stability and awareness

  • Not at all. Integration therapy supports anyone working through transformative or non-ordinary experiences, including:

    • Meditation or spiritual breakthroughs

    • Breathwork or somatic journeys

    • Life transitions, grief, or trauma

    • Near-death or peak experiences

    • Dreamwork or deep emotional releases

  • Each session is unique to you and may include:

    • Reflective conversation and meaning-making

    • Somatic (body-based) grounding techniques

    • Creative or expressive practices

    • Mindfulness and nervous system regulation

    • Tools for applying insights to real life

  • That’s very common—and integration therapy is designed to support you through it. You won’t be judged or rushed. We’ll gently explore the emotions, confusion, or fragmentation that may have surfaced, and work toward making meaning and restoring inner balance.

  • Not necessarily. Some people come just for integration sessions after a significant experience, while others weave it into their longer-term therapy. If you’re already working with a therapist, we can collaborate to support your process.

  • Yes. Integration therapy is a legal, supportive service focused on exploring your personal experiences, regardless of how they occurred. It does not involve providing or recommending illegal substances, but rather focuses on helping you process what has already happened.

  • Integration may be helpful if you’ve had a powerful or confusing experience and want to understand it better, feel more grounded, or bring lasting meaning and healing into your life. If you're unsure, we offer a consultation to explore whether this is a good fit.
